1. tell us about yourself!
I’m a yoga and breathwork facilitator creating spaces to feel at home in your body. through movement and breath, I guide others back to their strength and softness.
2. what do you teach here at ahimsa & how would you describe your teaching style?
at ahimsa I teach embodied strength and breathe & restore sessions. my style is intuitive yet structured, grounding yet fluid. I love combining functional strength, conscious breath and moments of deep rest, so students leave feeling both energised and nourished.
with guided meditation and pranayama, I hope to share the teachings and philosophies that help me on my own journey.
3. what is your favourite food at ahimsa?
sassyme & tex mex are my go-to, and I never say no to their delicious wellness shots :)
4. what is your favourite class to attend at ahimsa?
as I also teach outside the studio, I don’t often get the chance to join other classes here but I truly love the energy of the space and community.
5. what animal best represents you?
I was born in the year of the horse, which perfectly reflects my love for movement, freedom and inner fire.
