women's gathering will be led by katya, a yoga & breathwork facilitator. she guides people into deeper connection with their bodies through mindful movement and breath, while easing stress, restoring balance, and awakening self-trust. you will be gently guided through:
• intuitive movement that invites presence and freedom in the body
• mantra singing to regulate and uplift the nervous system
• circular breathwork for emotional release and inner clarity
• deep savasana supported by sound instruments
• a closing sharing circle to anchor connection and community
